Payment Options

You do have the option to pay for the headlights either in full. or in two parts. Payment one will serve as a down payment to secure the order and than the remaining balance once lights are done and ready to ship out. Headlights are all sent via UPS with insurance.

Order Canceling

There are absolutely no refunds on orders. Customer has 1 business days to cancel a custom order, and when you do there will be a $50 fee. afterwards you can not cancel a custom light or part order.

Repairs & Warranty

Yes I repair headlights or replace within the 1 year warranty I give on the headlights.

Shipping

All products go UPS Ground and fully insured. For international buyers DHL will be used.

Custom made to order

No headlights are in stock already done. All headlights are made to order. Typical headlights take from 2-16 weeks from parts to labor, installation, and shipment.

If balances are not paid

If split payments is used by the customer. I will send you 3 reminders. The last reminder will be giving you a date to pay for the balance or you forfeit your set of lights made and they go to auction. Once you pay your balance your lights will be shipped or if sold a new set will be made and shipped.

You as a customer will not loose your money, only time. I do not have have the luxury of storage space to be holding on to finished lights for 2-4 months.

If you need more time, more time can be given but I need a response back. to work something out with you. Not answering back to reminders or messages will give you 3 reminders and your order will be sold off for the next person that wishes to have the option you picked.

Again to state. You do not loose your deposit. You only loose the time frame that was given to make your lights and a new set will be made and shipped.

Lighting Use

Goes without saying. These lights are for off-road, show, use only. What you do to them is on you.

International Buyers

For international buyers. I have most of the headlights on the C4 ebay store. I use bays global shipping program to provide you with a cheap shipping qoute for the headlights, but unfortunately payment is made in full for those lights. If I were to use outside shipping quotes the prices would be double or triple of what even the lights go for.
