Leaving Etsy

Sadly from the post on IG, I wanted to explain better here on the blog. First all of my products can be purchased here on the site, and for the International buyers I have ebay (as well as everyone else that just likes to use ebay) But with Etsy, its been a love/hate relationship. For buyers it works great. For sellers not so much. They have fee’s for just about everything. And for you to “grow” you have to spend money on these off-site ads that but you know it. $100 are gone when you make a sale, hurting your bottom line.

Between their offsite ads, listing fees, there percentage they take on the sale. And lastly now holding 75% of the funds you make on the sale for 45 days, was my last straw. So starting today March 1, 2022 I will be taking down all the listing on my Etsy page. The page will remain open just to notify customers of the website and if any questions need to be answered.

Etsy needs a change because sellers are leaving this platform by the truck loads, and I dont blame them. If you are a seller stay away from Etsy. You are better off starting a website, shopify, even ebay is better to grow your brand.
